Update: We welcome continued sponsorship, however, please note that we are at capacity for in-person exhibitor space. Any community tables and sponsorships purchased after March 5th are welcome to have a virtual exhibit via Whova, and any available in-person table space will be offered on a first come, first served basis. The planning committee reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from any organization that engages in discriminatory practices that could be considered harmful to the community.

Table at the Conference

Community Tables

Non-profits and community organizations are welcome to have a table display at the conference! Tables cost $180 per 4-foot table and include two tickets. If you are interested in tabling, please complete the form below for review by the planning committee.

 

Commercial Entity Displays

Commercial entities are welcome, with committee approval, to have a table display at the conference! Commercial displays cost $1,250 per 8-foot table and include two tickets. If you are interested in purchasing a commercial display, please email Rachel at rgreim@orpca.org.

Please note that representatives from commercial entities will not be permitted to attend all sessions. Information on specific sessions you may attend will be provided in advance.

If you are interested in providing an amount not listed, please contact us and we will create a sponsorship package for you.

If you are unable to attend the conference but would still like to sponsor, the tickets provided with your sponsorship package can be donated to students or others who are attending the conference on scholarship.

This event benefits the 2SLGBTQ+ Health Coalition of the Columbia-Willamette whose fiscal sponsor, Cascade AIDS Project, is a 501c3 organization. A portion of all contributions to this event will be tax-deductible.

100% of registration fees are being collected by Cascade AIDS Project, the fiscal sponsor for the LGBTQ+ Health Coalition of the Columbia Willamette to offset the material costs of the event.  Collaborating organizations do not receive any of the proceeds of this event.
