Key Dates for the 2024 Meaningful Care Conference

  • September 1st, 2023: Conference Request for Proposals available

  • November 2023: Tabling application opens

  • November 22nd, 2023: Early bird registration opens

  • December 31st, 2023: Deadline for conference RFP submissions

  • January 2024: Conference program finalized

  • January 20, 2024: General registration opens

  • Early March 2024: Tabling application closes

  • March 27, 2024: the 2024 Meaningful Care Conference

100% of registration fees are being collected by Cascade AIDS Project, the fiscal sponsor for the LGBTQ+ Health Coalition of the Columbia Willamette to offset the material costs of the event.  Collaborating organizations do not receive any of the proceeds of this event.
